We use the information you give us to administer this, allowing you to manage your bookings, take advantage of special offers, make future reservations more easily and manage your personal settings. Managing personal settings allows you to keep and share lists, share photos, see accommodations that you have searched for before, and see other information you've provided about accommodations and destinations. It also allows you to see any reviews you've submitted about places you've stayed in. If you want, you can share certain information in your user account by creating a public profile that’s associated with either your own first name or a screen name of your choice. If you don’t want to use your name with the review, you can use a screen name (which you can choose in your user account), or the review can be displayed on the website anonymously. By completing a guest review, you're agreeing that it can be displayed (as described in detail in our Terms of Use) on, for example, the relevant accommodation information page on our website, in our mobile website, and in our social media accounts, or on the website of the relevant accommodations or our business partner’s website, to inform other travelers about the quality and services at the accommodations you stayed in.

If you indicate that a guest review was helpful—or not helpful—we will aggregate this with feedback from other customers in order to sort and prioritize guest reviews. We may use the information in your lists or in other destination-related information you share with us in anonymous form—unless you have included this information in your public profile—to help other travelers find the right destination.

For security purposes, jejubnb.net has an automated system that screens all communications for malicious content. That includes spam and the limitation of certain file types, such as: .zip, .rar and .exe. Any sensitive information that can be used for fraud may be masked automatically to ensure the safety of you and the booked accommodation provider. In the event communications with malicious content are detected, the communication may be blocked and/or forwarded to the jejubnb.net fraud team for further investigations. Note, all communications sent and received using jejubnb.net communication tools will be stored by jejubnb.net. To the extent permitted by law, jejubnb.net will only access communications between you and accommodation providers upon request of either you or the accommodation, if required by law, if strictly necessary for security or law enforcement purposes, or if jejubnb.net otherwise has a legitimate interest, such as to detect and prevent fraud and misuse. jejubnb.net may analyse anonymized content of communications to improve its services.
